OBJECTIVE To work with our community partners to provide a world–class integrated network of small business information access, counselling and advisory services. To provide loans, equity investment, loan guarantees and other financial support to small business. To initiate and/or undertake a limited number of community economic development initiatives of strategic importance. To ensure the community and area is aware of who we are and what we do; to create sustainable jobs; and effectively manage the overall growth and human resources of the organization.
