The CDC maintains a small business library and computer station that clients can use to perform research on their business ideas or work on their business plan.
Business Counselling
The CDC provides business counselling services (free of charge) for those thinking of starting a business as well as those currently in business that want to stabilize or grow their operations. Counselling services may include assistance with business plan preparation, cashflow projections, financial statement review, or other business related subjects.
Succession Matching Tool
The CDC offers an online Succession Planning Tool which matches buyers and sellers of local businesses. This project has been supported by FedNor through the Northeastern CFDC Development Network, as such there is no cost to the client. For more information, http://successionmatching.com .
